By accessing or using Rock Spring Property Services’ website, services, or communications, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Rock Spring Property Services (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) offers property maintenance, repair, and improvement services as outlined on our website and in service agreements. The scope of work will be defined in a written estimate or contract prior to the start of any project.

All estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Work will only begin after client acceptance of the written estimate or contract. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

• Payment terms will be specified in your contract or invoice.
   
• A deposit may be required before work begins.
   
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   
• Late payments may incur interest or service fees as allowed by law.
   

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for work canceled without adequate notice.

Clients are responsible for providing:

• Clear access to the worksite.
   
• Necessary permissions, permits, or approvals required for the work.
   
• Timely communication regarding any issues or concerns.
   

We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty details will be outlined in your service agreement. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or alterations by others are not covered under warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rock Spring Property Services shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
   
• Delays caused by weather, supply shortages, or other factors beyond our control.
   

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from Rock Spring Property Services regarding your project, scheduling, promotions, or updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out at any time by contacting us.

We respect your privacy. Information collected is used solely for communication and service delivery. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts within Maryland.
